If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
To initiate a return, we kindly request you to contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your request is reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps. Please note that returns initiated without prior approval may not be processed.
Return shipping costs are generally to be borne by the customer. However, in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect, we will review the situation and assist you accordingly.
Once the returned item reaches us, it will be carefully inspected by our team. If the product meets the return criteria, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature. This includes items such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) and any customized or personalized products, unless they are found to be defective at the time of delivery.
We also request customers to ensure that accurate shipping details are provided at the time of placing the order. Carteio is not responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect information or delays caused by courier partners. Additionally, slight variations in product color or design may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
Order cancellations can be requested within a limited time after placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
